GROW YOUR OWN HERBS VIDEO COURSE

You don’t have to buy your herbs from herbalists or suppliers; you can actually grow your own.

It’s quite easy. Herbs have existed for millions of years and are very hardy and can grow almost anywhere. They don’t require constant watering or fertilisers.

They can be cultivated in your hedging or among your other plants and garden vegetables.

Most of the herbs I recommend in my practice for over 25 years, and in my other courses are mentioned in this short course as well as how to pick them, dry them and storing them.

I also explain how to make tinctures and herbal preparations at home – your own home kit.

All the strong identifying images that accompany the herbs I list here are grown locally in Connemara in the West of Ireland.
