About This Course
Although these issues may seem to be disparate and separate, they have commonalities: our lifestyle and how our body’s internal hormones, bacteria, natural rhythms, and nerve cells operate and interact.
I’m referring to the aging process. It is vital to our health-specific personal development.
Active aging: Ageing is a part of our nature, just like breathing. With each breath we take, we age some. But, we can all be lively and self-sufficient as we age. It is possible, not just science-fiction. We can have a wise and contented old age.
In my mini-course, I provide super-food recommendations as well as herbs to facilitate this healthy aspiration.
